You’ve tried everything you could find, just to get a grip of your sleeping issues, and besides the harmful sleeping pills like benzos, nothing seems to really be effective enough.

But, could there be another way, a way to trick things so you get enough sleep!?

…perhaps I’m not the only one who found a useful effective way to beat the problem, with a solution that I have never heard of from anywhere!? …which I discovered rather accidentally myself.

What if I told you that I have found a way for the body to need much less sleep!?

And what if I told you that it is not only all natural, but also energising, and even healthy!?

Yes, all of the above it no less than all true.

There is a way to bring the body into a state, in which it does not need more than approx. 6 hours of sleep, a state in which the body literally will not sleep more than approximately just that. And I only use the word approximately, because as much as we are all similar, we are also all different enough to experience different variations of things in life, and so this thing might just have some variation for some of us.

Let’s get to the point;

There is a way to EASILY without hardly any effort, oxyginate your body, which in this case at the same time also cleanses the body and increases bone density, and a few more good things. One of those good things is that your body will feel a bit lighter so to say, and you’ll have more energy. And waking up becomes childlike easy and quick.

You’ve probably tried or at least seen how a piece of lemon dissolves any hardcore buildup of calcium in a kettle or pot, from the water you boil in it. So let’s just say that we in a similar way, decalcify (cleanse and unclog) ourselves.
It’s been tried out and tested by several friends/acquaintances of my own, all reporting the same results.


By simply consuming the FRESH squeezed juice of TWO to THREE lemons and limes per day (or even just lemon), you do not only get cleansed, lightened, energized and strengthened, but you also get improved skin, AND you loose weight as fresh lemon/lime juice dissolves fat so it becomes so to say easily disposed of.

TO be very specific, I myself used this natural “trick” for 3 weeks, and after a few days I started waking up as if I had an inner clockwork installed. I would wake up fresh like a kid, after exactly 6 hours of sleep only. And even though I always drank my FRESH lemon/lime JUICE during all my evenings, I never had any problem falling asleep.

But even so, I would suggest to start drinking this fresh juice from your mornings. Especially because a friend of mine pointed about to me, how one whole lemon gave her a lasting energy for her whole work time of 8 hours, whereas coffe only gives a boosts feeling which drops to the floor after 2-3hours.
Only if you should find that after one week of consuming 3 of these citrus fruits a day, you’re still not sleeping less, then I’d advise to drink one in the morning, and the two others in the evening.

NOTE
Above all, do not mix with any sugars, except raw honey, coconutflower sugar, or pure Stevia(for zero calories and zero tooth decay from it).

SIDE EFFECTS
More than likely you may loose weight, and you may have very dry vocal chords the whole time. Both things subside naturally, easily and rather rapidly once you stop consuming this incredibly effective drink of nature.
But you can aid to keep off the kilos if you want, by drinking one lemon a day, or two lemons a day (experiment for yourself to see what is adequate for what you want).

IMPORTANT
Too much of anything becomes a bad thing. So, no one should consume up to three or more lemons every day for too long.
