It makes no difference what could be causing anyone of any of us, to feel less than good.

We are to recal, think of, or even invent!, the opposite of any bad/sad feeling factor.

From a good feeling place, all issues begin to look better. We percieve all things lighter, and in better more useful ways, when we feel good.

…which underlines that it is the truth somehow, that any fear is just (f.e.a.r.) false evidence apearing real.

(so it’s a bigger illusion than f.u.c.k. ~which yes, means that fuck is not even a real word, but in fact a shortened sentence (from the very past of our human history)

I feel wonderful …. I feel good and free and wonderful for no obvious reason.

I get these waves of savoring these feeling-energies.

It’s like I am not interested in any thoughts. ..so I get a pause, I get a good holiday from mind.

It’s also easy with my skies being completely spotless blue, giving me the warm sunlight full on, while the breeze is slightly just gently fresh.

It’s good to realize that the only thing which depletes us from happiness, is the factors of fears, of any type, megalithic or microscopic. And sometimes some wounding of fear, may be almost invisible but hurt the crap out of you. …while often a big wound can seem paralyzing, (weather shockingly silent or loud).

Any unhappy feeling, is rooted in some kind of seperation-feeling and that of fear.

I feel wonderful under the blue sky, from which the warm sunlight fills me with the purest of light.

It makes me put my bare feet on the earth, on the grass, on stone, and I feel the gentle but strongly empowering energies, replenishing me throughout all my cells, and they are filled with light.

…so they all look like the brightest firefly lights ever seen. …in my minds eye.

I feel nice, I feel good. I feel silly as it may sound, wonderful.

I am abundantly rich and wealthy. And I am even beautiful and unique.
